Arrival and departure:
Your booked room will be available from 16.00h on. On the departure day please vacate your room until 10.00h.
Arrival day:
Please make your arrival and departure day possibly fall on a Sunday. All the events of the Tourism board are coordinated hereupon. If this is not possible we gladly will accommodatte you.
Arrival day:
preferably on Thursday/Sunday (not a precondition).
Pets:
We accept your pets only with their own cot and blanket. 20 Euros final cleaning fee for rooms where pets are accommodated.
Unclaimed services can not be refunded.
Modifications to the programs or prices, misprints, and other, can be subject to change without notice.
Please contract a travel cancellation insurance. In case of a departure ahead of time or a cancellation on short time, up to 70% of the agreed upon price will be invoiced (in accordance with the international hotel regulations).
